These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SharpBet ("SharpBet," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, dashboard, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SharpBet provides sports statistics, data analysis, and computer-generated confidence scores for player props and related markets, for informational and entertainment purposes only.

SharpBet is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or betting exchange. We do not accept wagers, hold funds for betting purposes, or facilitate bets in any way. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, any particular sportsbook. Any decision to place a bet based on information from the Service is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. If you use information from the Service in connection with sports betting, you are solely responsible for confirming that doing so is legal in your jurisdiction and for complying with the minimum age and any other requirements that apply to gambling activity where you live.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide partial-period refunds except where required by law or at our discretion. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission;
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account access or Service content to third parties;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable gambling laws;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service, including its underlying software, design, and compiled data/analysis, is owned by SharpBet and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Confidence scores, projections, and statistics on the Service reflect a statistical model applied to historical and current data — they are estimates, not predictions of certainty, and past performance does not guarantee future results. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any information provided through the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHARPBET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHARPBET WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM BETTING DECISIONS MADE USING INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOST WAGERS OR LOST PROFITS.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to us. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice (such as posting an updated date on this page or emailing you). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SharpBet is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
